Job Description

As a Business Intelligence Specialist at Pisstaccio, you will be an integral part of our analytics team. Your primary role will involve collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data from a variety of sources to generate actionable insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and KPIs
• Translate complex data findings into understandable documents and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to support business initiatives
• Work closely with the data engineering team to improve data collection methods
• Continuously monitor data quality and integrity
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field; Master’s degree is a plus
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
