Job Description

As a DevOps Engineer at [Your Company Name], you’ll be an essential part of a team responsible for maintaining and improving our continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline, ensuring the scalability and reliability of our services.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines
• Monitor system performance and resolve any scalability issues
• Work closely with the development and operations teams to streamline deployment and facilitate collaboration
• Implement automated processes for operational tasks
• Manage, maintain, and improve production and non-production cloud infrastructure
• Ensure the availability, performance, security, and scalability of applications
• Contribute to architectural decisions with a focus on reliability and scalability
• Participate in on-call rotation duties

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Systems Administration, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes
• Proficiency with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• In-depth knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
