Job Description

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a crucial role in our sales pipeline. As the first point of contact with potential clients, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and paving the way for our sales team to close deals.



  • Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, and social media
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings and how they solve our customers’ problems
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve shared revenue goals
  • Use CRM software to manage and document all activities and interactions with prospects
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide feedback to improve marketing and sales efforts



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software is a plus
